What is the Art Sanctuary and What Do We Do There?

Our Mission is to foster creativity and stimulate interest in life long learning of fine arts and crafts in Morgan County and surrounding communities. We achieve our mission in three main ways.

  • We operate an art gallery where from time to time various shows are presented.

  • We provide resident artists studios where artists work in their chosen art field, sell their art, and give various kinds of art classes

  • .

  • We offer banquet and reception hall rentals  Available for rent are two major areas - the gallery and the dinning hall.  The gallery is perfect for weddings, wedding receptions, meetings, social functions, family reunions, etc.  The dinning hall has a complete kitchen,. stage, and a very large dinning area available.  The Art Sanctuary has tables and chairs available.

Have a dream of having your "own space" to use as a studio?

Currently, our studios are full and there is a waiting list.
