I have had a deep appreciation for art since childhood. I started expressing myself with brush and paint in 1995. I then became co-owner at artworks of Martinsville. After the closing of art works I opened my own studio 101 B at the Art Sanctuary. My studio gave me the ability to express my individuality and the opportunity to hang with other like minds. I have been blessed with many awards, Deserved or undeserved I am thankful for any and all that come my way. I am a member of the IPAPA and the Hoosier Art Salon.

The awards that I have received are:

• Martinsville Fall Foliage Festival: Two best of shows, and one best professional.
• Brown county art guild: Best of show 2007 . 3 third places.
• Brown county art gallery-honorable mention with a People’s Choice award.
• Excepted juried shows : Hoosier Art Salon, Indiana Heritage art show, Indiana state fair, professional division.
